Theresa M. Netto, LMHC
Theresa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oswego State University in 2015. She has been a mental health counselor since that time, much of that time being at Carthage Behavioral Health. Theresa has over 20 years experience in various areas of the human services field.
Theresa specializes in individual counseling with women aged 14 and up. She is experienced in treating disorders of trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as problems that include phase of life, adjustment, parenting, relationship conflict, and more.
Theresa utilizes a Humanistic approach and has interests in attachment theory and emotion focused therapy. She has advanced training in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, couples counseling, wellness and trauma.
