Clarity Counseling Services is now accepting  the following insurances:

Carelon/NY Empire BCBS

Medicaid

Optum/United Health Group

             Choice Plus, UMR, Surest/Bind, Compass, Navigate, Charter, and Oxford Health 

             Plans are all under the Optum umbrella.

Certified out of network with Tricare East Humana

**We are in the process of credentialing through several insurance companies and will update this site as we are approved to accept additional insurances.

Some may prefer not to go through an insurance company.  For those wishing to pay out of pocket, my fee for service rate is $75/session.

This can be paid via cash, check , credit or debit.

Co-Pays  and self-pay payments are due at the time of service.
